Who we are

ANEMOS is a personal air quality sensor developed at Imperial College London's IX Centre. This website (anemoshq.com) is operated by the ANEMOS team. If you have questions about this policy, you can reach us at anemoshq@gmail.com.

What data we collect

When you sign up to our waitlist or express interest in a pre-order, we collect:

• Your name (optional)
• Your email address
• Your reason for interest (selected from a list)
• Any additional text you provide in the "Other" field
• Which button you clicked (e.g. waitlist or pre-order)
• Which product tier you selected (Breeze or Storm)

We also use Google Analytics to collect anonymous usage data such as page views, scroll depth, and button clicks. This data does not identify you personally.

Why we collect it

• To notify you when ANEMOS launches or when pre-orders open
• To understand demand for different product tiers
• To learn what matters most to potential customers
• To improve our website and product based on visitor behaviour

How we store it

Waitlist and pre-order data is stored securely in Google Sheets, accessible only to the ANEMOS team. Analytics data is processed by Google Analytics. We do not store payment information, as we do not process payments on this site.

Who we share it with

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties. The only external services that process data on our behalf are Google Sheets (for form submissions) and Google Analytics (for anonymous site analytics).

Google Analytics uses cookies to distinguish unique visitors and track sessions. These cookies do not contain personal information. You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time.

• Request a copy of the data we hold about you
• Ask us to delete your data
